Bella was our Author of the Week for Week 6. Well done Bella.

More fun in St V on Purple Cup Day. Then on to our cake decorating, photo taking and thumb painting. We had an amazing purple day and all money raised went to the purple cup cake charity, some of which was being sent to the people of Vanuata.

We went to Nelson provincial museum today. We learnt many interesting facts about World War One. On the Museum website there are lots of facts about the people from Nelson who went to war. They stayed in Bell shape tents and ate dehydrated food that tasted 'disgusting', and we sent messages by Morse Code.
