Worm Farmers!

Today Sarah Langi came from the Nelson Environment Centre. 
We are to be APS worm farmers! We had to learn about worms and how to look after them.


Worms have 5 hearts. They breathe through their skin. - Cody Stringer

      Hello Kawiti,
      Thanks for your question. Today we gave the worms some avocado shell and green leaves.
      We have noticed they do not like anything with too much acid in it like oranges and kiwi fruit.

    Sarah dropped us off some worms. They are tiger worms! They have stripes. They move fast!
    Some people got worms from home to put in our worm farm.
